Riham Al Shami An Egyptian Visual artist interested in conveying the Egyptian Arab folklore, especially the heritage, beliefs and customs of women in Egyptian popular daily life .... She held several exhibitions in Arab and foreign countries including Morocco, Tunisia, Iraq, Jordan, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Bahrain and India.
She finds it in the engravings on the walls of common houses in upper Egypt or on the shores of the good river - The Nile - I find it in the myths and tales of women saved on the old sacred boards .I try to smell the breath of time and keep it in skin in an attempt to identify my self and know who am I !
